The opening leans on bitter orange, bergamot, mandarin and neroli, sharpened by coriander and caraway. The effect is bitter-fresh and green rather than sweet.
The spice layer brings cardamom, pepper, ginger, cinnamon, juniper, southernwood and tea. It reads dry and aromatic, with vetiver keeping a grassy, earthy edge.
