I really liked it. For me, it’s the best in the Bvlgari men’s line, with a tea scent different from what I’m used to, perhaps due to the papyrus blend. It’s refreshing for daily use, not too aquatic or citrusy. It has a balance between modern and classic without being annoying.

I really liked it. For me, it’s the best in the Bvlgari Pour Homme line, with a tea scent different from what I’m used to, perhaps due to the papyrus blend. It’s a refreshing fragrance for daily use, not too aquatic or citrusy. It has a bit of both modern and classic without being annoying.

  • I bought it despite the fact that it barely projects and doesn’t last long, but I loved its subtlety. Although it’s debatable that it’s only for men, it smells like the unisex proposal from Hermès Voyage. It starts herbal with papyrus and lime, but quickly turns salty and green, almost like grass, a bit dirty on my skin. However, that gives way to the true star: a sweet and exotic tea on wood and green musk, which smells clean and elegant. It reminds me of a citrus lily from the foggy forests in Mexico, but here it’s Darjeeling tea, beautiful and subtle. It works all day, but shines at night. It would be great if it had an Eau de Parfum version to stand out more.

  • I just bought it despite its low presence and projection, but I was convinced by its subtlety, which I really appreciate. Although its labeling as a men’s fragrance is debatable, it fits the unisex line of Hermès, like Voyage. It opens with a strong herbal tone where you can detect papyrus and lime, but soon it turns salty and the greens become a bit unpleasant on my skin, like a salty grass smell; incredible as it may seem, the herbal note comes off a bit dirty or poorly executed. However, that phase is necessary to reach the true perfume: a sweet and exotic tea scent resting on wood and green musk, radiating cleanliness, neatness, and elegance. It reminds me of a sweet citrus lily from the foggy forests of Mexico and Central America, but here it’s Darjeeling tea in a beautiful yet very subtle aroma. It works for any time of day, but to get the best out of it, use it at night. In the end, like Hermès did with Voyage, it would be fantastic to have an Eau de Parfum version to make it stand out.

  • Bvlgari Pour Homme Soir is elegant, slightly delicate, and has a herbal touch. The scent isn’t common and I find it very relaxing; I’d use it when I’m stressed because it calms me down. The downside is that, like most Bvlgari men’s fragrances, it has a very intimate trail, so I have to apply it multiple times and get close to enjoy it, or maybe that’s its intention. I like it, but I prefer the regular version. It’s not bad because it smells good. The main difference is that this one is heavier on woods and amber, giving a slightly creamy feel.

  • I’m not usually a fan of bitter, earthy, or herbal perfumes, but Bvlgari Pour Homme Soir has all of that and still hooks me. It’s masculine and elegant, conveying calm, decisiveness, and confidence. Its trail and longevity are medium-low, which is typical for this brand. It feels natural and minimalist, sober and modern; it’s a great option for people with authority who don’t want to draw attention. It’s attractive, more for daily wear and work than for parties.

  • I recommend it for going out because the tea note really shines. It’s versatile, elegant, and unique, but on my skin it doesn’t last long: it fades after two hours and then clings without projecting. To compensate, I spray it up to six times and keep going, but I love the scent and have already received compliments for it.

  • Well, it’s not entirely bad for everyday wear. The dry down is generic and slightly sweet, vaguely reminding me of others; Ambre Pimenté came to mind. The potency is weak. At the beginning, you can detect the tea and papyrus, notes I usually enjoy. To pay 30 or 35 euros for it? Nothing like the luxury of 80 euros they try to sell us elsewhere.

At first, a nice bergamot note, then the tea becomes apparent (the Darjeeling is black but soft and slightly floral). At 3 hours, the tea is noticeable. At 6 hours, a distinct note appears: papyrus, along with the tea. I didn’t detect amber, or it was very soft. At 12 hours, a soft musk. It’s a pleasant fragrance with a soft trail and longevity over 12 hours, but very close to the skin. It’s a skin scent, ideal for summer, daytime use, and environments where you shouldn’t be intrusive. Personally, I still prefer the original Pour Homme version.

  • This perfume chose me. I found it on sale for less than half the price and couldn’t resist. I bought it without thinking, but I did test it on my arm. The scent lasted on me for a very long time. It reminds me of Issey Miyake Eau d’Issey Intense due to the bergamot, papyrus, and tea opening, but for me, it’s more elegant. It’s not for daily use, but rather for occasions; it works just as well in the morning as at night, in heat or cold, quite versatile, though better at night or on cool mornings. Longevity is 8 hours with 6 sprays, trail lasts 1.5 hours, and I always get compliments, even receiving them on the heart notes at the end. Highly recommended.

  • They recommended it, and I found it on sale for less than half the price, so I didn’t miss out. I tested it on my arm and the scent lasted a long time. It reminds me of Issey Miyake Eau de Intense for the opening of bergamot, papyrus, and tea, but this one is more elegant. It’s not for daily use, but for special occasions; it works just as well during the day as at night, in heat or cold. It’s very versatile, works better at night and on fresh mornings. Longevity is 8 hours with 6 sprays, trail is 1 hour and 30 minutes, and it always delivers, even women notice the heart notes at the end. Super recommended.

  • It’s my partner’s perfume, and I’m going to tell you what I smell. It’s very fine: less is more, without flashy ingredients like vanilla or leather. With just four ingredients, it works magic! By Zeus, it smells incredible at 12 hours. It starts with a mist of papyrus, flowers, and Darjeeling tea; at 4 hours the tea takes over, papyrus stays in the background, and the flowers are always there, a magical blend of bergamot and amber, floral but not invasive. The tea has a complexity that only connoisseurs understand; it transports you to a sunset in a Ceylon field. It’s oriental but light, seductive without being aggressive. It could be unisex and replace the classic CK One. I recommend it for people over 40, for the office, or for outings. My partner uses 4 or 6 sprays, it’s from 2010, and it’s my favorite from his collection.

  • This perfume belongs to my partner; I’m going to share what I perceive. It’s a very fine fragrance, proving that less is more and that you don’t need flashy ingredients. Without tonka bean, leather, exotic woods, patchouli, or vanilla, just four ingredients create wonders. By Zeus, how beautiful it smells on my partner even after 12 hours. It starts with a mist of papyrus, flowers, and Darjeeling tea; at 4 hours, the tea is the main note, with papyrus in the background and flowers always present. I’m not sure exactly which flowers it is, maybe the blend of bergamot, amber, and papyrus creates a subtle floral magic, nothing invasive. The tea has a complexity that only those who know it understand; it transports you to an afternoon in a tea field in Ceylon. Well described by @marcusrs. It’s not unpleasant and is a safe purchase. Suitable for day and night, seductive without needing classic testosterone. It could be unisex; if you’re looking for a replacement for CK One, this should be it. I recommend it for those over 40, for the office, and for night outings. P.S.: He uses 4 to 6 sprays, and it’s a bottle from 2010; it’s the one from his collection I like the most.

  • Bvlgari Pour Homme Soir: a fresh, herbal, and woody aroma, a clever tea-like blend that shows class and good taste, like a neat, well-dressed man in simple attire. Soft, comforting, and with a subtly masculine-friendly vibe that projects calm and good energy. One of the least complex but best-executed scents I’ve encountered. Incredibly versatile, day or night, office or dates; women are very attracted to it. Scent: 10. Projection: moderate, about two hours. Longevity: max 4 to 5 hours. Recommended.

  • It was 2006, I was a future cinephile, and I bought Fotogramas with Penélope Cruz on the cover for the movie Volver. Coincidentally, the magazine came with a sample of Bvlgari Pour Homme Soir. The story is short: I loved it. It made me dream of better times, of an unusual sophistication, discreet and versatile. It took years to finally get my 50ml bottle. I remember it as one of the most elegant scents I’ve ever smelled, a subtle distinction that’s easy to wear again. The tea note is what sticks with me the most, pure calm that softens everything. The ambered dry down was suggestive, like a light vanilla with powdery nuances. When I really got into perfumery, I remembered it and felt bad that it had been discontinued. It sells for gold on eBay, but I won’t pay those prices; it’s outrageous. Let’s hope someone creates an inspiration based on this DNA to make up for these atrocities.

You can definitely tell this is a Blv scent, especially as it dries down. It’s a gem from the house, alongside Black and the Blv saga; in this sea of generic male perfumes, it’s a true oasis of quality. Fresh and clean, with no pretensions to be the loudest. It starts almost ethereal and transparent, but then gains sharpness and character. I turned it into a ritual within a month: treating myself to a few drops before heading out to the car, feeling how the fresh afternoon air made my evening steps feel light as a feather after a tough day. It makes you feel good, comfortable, sophisticated, and urban. It earns respect because it leaves room to breathe; it seems natural, mysterious, and airy, yet with that requested masculine, smoky, and spicy touch. It’s not a classic or a landmark; it wasn’t born to be one. It’s simply a perfect proposal for the office if you can grab it at a good price.
