About Bourbon Dusk
Bourbon Dusk Brings Citrus Light to a Dark Woody Base
Bourbon Dusk by MÁNO x MNRL is a woody spicy fragrance for women and men. Released in 2026 and composed by perfumer Paulo de Moraes, it plays bright freshness against a darker drydown.
It opens with bergamot, cardamom and orange, moves into citron, jasmine and rose, then settles on oud wood, bourbon whiskey and cedar.
The opening feels crisp and lifted. Bergamot and orange supply sparkling citrus, while cardamom adds a cool, aromatic spice that keeps the top from turning simply sweet or sunny.
The heart keeps a citrus thread through citron, sharper and greener than the top. Jasmine brings soft white-floral lift and rose adds smooth, petal-like roundness, creating a clear floral middle.
The base shifts the mood toward evening. Bourbon whiskey gives a warm, liquorous glow, oud wood adds dry, resinous depth, and cedar provides a clean, upright woody frame.
Across the wear, the scent touches on citrus, warm spice, woods, white flowers and rose, with fresh-spicy and aromatic edges. The movement is gradual, from brightness to a fuller, cozier warmth.
Designed as a shared scent, it stays balanced rather than heavy. It reads especially well in late-day wear, when the contrast between the luminous start and the bourbon-wood finish stands out.
A good fit for fans of woody spicy unisex scents who like a citrus-spice kick, a tidy jasmine-rose heart, and a bourbon, oud and cedar drydown.
Bourbon Dusk delivers its dusk effect: citrus and spice fade into florals, then into bourbon and woods. A coherent, well-proportioned take on the modern woody spicy style.
