Still waiting for them to add this fragrance… Of the two Le Beau Le Parfum inspirations I’ve tried (Glacier Bold and this one—I won’t say Zanzibar is a dupe or direct inspiration of the JPG), this is the best in every way. Haven’t tried Island yet, but comparing these two, I’m sticking with this one. Obviously, it’s not a 1:1 clone; the JPG feels higher quality, but this is a fantastic fragrance at an incredible price. They list iris in the notes, but it’s barely noticeable (or not at all) compared to Le Beau; here, the coconut-pineapple vibe stands out more. I find it a bit more unisex than Le Beau. Until I try Island, this remains the best alternative.
Honestly, it’s more like the EDT—maybe 90% EDT and only 10% Parfum. I own both, plus Island. Is it redundant to have them? Yes, but the scent hooked me. Island is more of an inspiration than a 1:1 dupe, and it’s great. If you can’t buy the JPG, go with Arabia the Beauty. Longevity is very good compared to the EDT; it lasts longer. Sillage is moderate—you’ll be noticed once you arrive somewhere. It’s the one that’s gotten me the most compliments. It has the EDT’s versatility and works for any season. Don’t wait any longer and grab it; maybe when I run out of Island, I’ll buy this for daily wear.
Honestly, it’s more like the EDT—about 90% EDT and only 10% Parfum. I own both, plus Island. Is it redundant to have them? Yes, but the scent has hooked me. Island feels more like an inspiration than a 1:1 dupe, and it’s excellent. If you don’t have the JPG, which is better? This Arabia The Beauty. Longevity: very good compared to the EDT, it lasts longer. Sillage: moderate; people will notice you once you arrive somewhere. Scent throw: this is the one that impresses me the most. It has the versatility of the EDT, works great for any season. Don’t wait any longer and grab it; maybe once I run out of Island, I’ll get this back for daily wear.
It resembles Le Beau and Le Beau Le Parfum (50/50), but on me it smells like vomit or something rotten. On the paper and on others, it smells fine. Maybe my pH is too alkaline, making a calone-type molecule stand out and create that odor. I have the same issue with Essence de Blanc, which smells like rotten eggs on me. I recommend testing it before buying blindly due to this problem. EDIT 4/10/2025: What a terrible perfume; everyone I let try it said it smelled strongly of vomit or something rotten. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.
Amazing perfume at an incredible price ($17). The opening isn’t synthetic at all; it’s a beast. On my skin, pineapple dominates at first, then amber notes emerge as it dries, and by 3–4 hours, coconut takes the lead, blending perfectly. Beyond being a ‘copy’ of Le Beau EDT, I see it as an ‘inspiration.’ It feels unique to me. Ideal for spring and summer evenings. BUY BLIND—it’s an absolute hidden gem.
While it smells like Le Beau and Le Parfum (50/50) on paper, on my skin it smells like vomit or something rotten 🙁 It smells great on blotters and on others too. Maybe my pH is very alkaline and amplifies a molecule like calone that gives off that odor. I have the same issue with Essence de Blanc, which smells like rotten eggs on me. I recommend testing it before buying blindly due to this issue. EDIT 4/10/2025: What a terrible perfume, it smelled like vomit or something very rotten on EVERYONE I tested it on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!
Nice aroma, though on me it smells a bit off, while on others it smells great. That said, it doesn’t resemble Le Beau Le Parfum at all, even when tested side by side. Performance leaves a lot to be desired: I get 4-5 hours at best with moderate projection for less than an hour; I expected more honestly.
Great perfume for an incredible price ($17). The opening is absolutely not synthetic; it’s a beast of a scent. On my skin, pineapple dominates at first, then amber notes emerge during the dry-down, and after 3-4 hours, coconut takes over and blends perfectly. Beyond being a clone of Le Beau EDT, I see it as an inspiration. It feels unique to me. Ideal for spring and summer evenings. BUY BLIND. (A hidden gem)
The scent is nice, but on my skin it turns a bit sour, while others smell it well. Note: it’s not the same as Le Beau Le Parfum—I tested them side by side. The longevity and projection are disappointing: I’m lucky to get 4-5 hours of wear, and the projection lasts less than an hour. I expected more, honestly.
Really delicious, I like it more than the Le Beau ones because it’s fresher and easier to wear. For under $35, I highly recommend it.
So good, I’m even more hooked on it than Le Beau because it’s fresher and easier to wear; for under $35, I highly recommend it.
If you’re Arab, let it macerate for at least 15 days; right out of the box, it’s too heavy. I’ve gotten tons of compliments; it’s ideal for fall or below 68°F (17°C) because it gets overwhelming in the heat. Lasts 8 hours and projects about 3 meters. It’s unisex and highly recommended, especially for fall/winter. Perfect for chill, casual outings, walking with friends, or taking a girl to coffee.
As always with Arab perfumes: let it macerate for at least 15 days; right out of the box it smells like talc. People have been complimenting it, it’s perfect for fall or below 65°F because it gets overwhelming in the heat. Lasts 8 hours with good projection, unisex scent. Highly recommended, ideal for fall/winter, casual outings, walking with friends, or grabbing a coffee. Something to wear and relax in.
Dry down is very similar to Myth by Victoire, just a bit sweeter. I expected it to be more fruity, but it turns out to be a herbal and sweet balance, just like Myth but with more sweetness.
Smells like rotten eggs, what a letdown!
