  Exquisite fragrance. A burst of cherry and red berries hits you all at once, leaving you speechless. Everything is perfectly balanced. While I can detect the amber notes, the cherry shines bright without stealing the show. The ambergris, rum, and fir resin do the heavy lifting. Out of all the cherry scents I own, this is the queen: Ambre Rubis. The solid bottle and formula demand admiration. It’s unisex with a slight feminine touch, perfect for making a mark. It lasts forever and leaves a trail without being annoying. Ideal for going out at night and shining. Irresistible! ❤️ Edit: This was my perfume to ring in the new year; I wore it all night long. 10/10

  It comes with a lollipop cherry that gives you a slight shock, but the heart has little to do with fruit. It’s a strange, almost aquatic blend of laundry-like amber musks and a sticky-sweetness. There are very subtle, green, oily, and almost spicy floral contours of jasmine that slowly incense the scent. It leaves a beautiful, neutral, and subtle aroma, like ambient music. If the cherry persists, it does so in a ghostly way.

It has subtle, green, oily, and almost spicy floral contours of jasmine that slowly incense. It leaves a beautiful, neutral, and subtle scent, like ambient music. If the cherry persists, it does so in a ghostly way.

  Starts with a 100% punch. Does it ring a bell? Those cherry candies found in Spain. It smells like sweet and sour cherry exploding in your face. Do you like it? To me, it feels a bit excessive. The good news is it doesn’t last long, and the magic arrives right away: rum, jasmine, woods… complex but not dark, shining thanks to that initial cherry note. Very interesting to try, recommended for both girls and guys.

  Delicious at first, reminding me of sucking on a lollipop as a kid… but what a surprise, it fades almost immediately. On my skin, it lasts very little and leaves no trail; I don’t even notice its evolution. Although I have a pH that usually works well with perfumes, this one and Montale’s Tonka have been disappointments: they smell good but don’t last. If you buy it, test it in-store or decant it and let it settle. From the line, Tabac Nomade is the only one that truly performs for me.
