Note: This perfume gave me a really strong stomach ache and made me dizzy, so my review is heavily biased and hardly objective. It’s in the same collection as Petroleum and at first smells very similar, like gasoline. I got an unexpected compliment outside, and that’s when the dominant amber really shines through. It has similarities with the 114 note, but then it diverges quite a bit due to the oud and castoreum—two very personality-driven ingredients that counterbalance the sweetness of the amber and give it a darker edge. I can’t say much more right now, maybe I’ll update this when I try it again, hehe. The longevity exceeds 12 hours, but the sillage… well, you’ll have to smell it yourself.
