I wore it in 2008 and it was my favorite Escada scent. What a shame they discontinued it. Since 2005, I’ve been hooked on the design and that aqua green vibe; the lemon, cucumber, and black currant put me in a great mood, and then the jasmine, my go-to flower, reminded me of the jasmine in my grandmother’s garden. Perfect for spring.
Update: I finally found it after an eternal search. It’s a delight: starts with freshly cut grass, cucumber, and sweet fruits, super fresh, then becomes sweeter without losing that freshness, ending with floral notes. Everyone asks what I’m wearing (and few know it’s hard to find). It brings back memories of my medical studies, hospital rounds, when I met my husband, and afternoons at the harbor with the sea breeze. It’s for an elegant, fun woman—not too quiet, not too loud, very chic and original. I don’t see an age limit, but I don’t picture it with jeans and sneakers; I see it with a chiffon dress, diamonds, heels, and natural chic makeup. The bottle is gorgeous; nothing compares to the summer editions, which aren’t bad but don’t even come close to the ankles of this jewel. What a pity they discontinued it; for now, it’s for special occasions, and if I see it again, I’ll buy it without hesitation.
Fresh, delicious, very original and different. What a shame they discontinued it.
This is the only Escada that has captivated me; its silky, unique, and feminine scent reminds me of a summer day by the sea, watching the waves. The cucumber gives it a unique freshness and a sense of cleanliness that’s still beautiful; my feeling is like surfing on exquisite silk fabric on a sunny day.
