You can’t believe how disrespecftful the reviews are, written by guys who act like snobs or comedians, and you can tell a mile away that they have worse taste than the people from the slums they’re trying to put down. I’m sure they also wore Kevin at some point in their lives, because literally every one used it. It was the typical gift you got as a teenager. We liked it because it smells very masculine and clean, despite how overexposed it was. You have to be really insecure and unhappy not to admit that it’s a simple but pretty decent perfume that does its job. It’s pleasant in itself, no matter who wears it – again, that was every one, not just people who live in slums. It’s true that it’s in the same vein as Cool Water and Green Irish Tweed, but at a pocket-friendly price and made in Argentina. It’s not the most original perfume in the world, but it’s not a clone of the other two either. If I had to choose between a Kevin and a One Million, which apparenctly is to the liking of the reviewer friends, I’d stick with Kevin all my life, because it smells more masculine and balanced.
The perfume of my pre-teen years; I remember wearing it during my freshman and sophomore years of high school, until I happened to get Dior Homme Sport 2017. Pure nostalgia, good and absolutely youthful. It makes me laugh to see so many comments associating it with ghetto, when there are a lot of us who wore suits and ties while using this beauty, haha; in a few years it’ll be the Colbert de Noir of our parents.

I just bought COTY – ASPEN through ‘INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING’ from MercadoLibre Argentina… and I can say this KEVIN smells the same as COTY – ASPEN from the late 80s… NOTES COPIED FROM COTY – ASPEN (Top) green notes, bergamot, lemon (acid lime) ============================================================================ (Heart) lavender, juniper, geranium, cilantro, cyclamen (Persian violet), orange blossom, jasmine ========================================================================= (Base) balsam fir, cedar, oakmoss, musk, gray amber

The classic Kevin. I have no idea if the declared notes are correct but that Kevin (the first one) I love it and I knew it in an era when it was synonymous with freshness, cleanliness and informality. Nowadays it still evokes those same feelings. When I smell it on the street I enjoy it a lot (and many women agree with me).
Perfume that I never had, have, nor will ever have. If you smell this scent on the street… guard your cellphone. Massive smell in dance clubs, it goes well with impeccable white sneakers with untied laces, national team sweatshirt and visor cap. Today many are named Kevin because of this perfume, and of those I know none have a pay stub. Enough said.
Neither the image nor the declared notes correspond to Kevin Red. They are from Kevin EDT, the classic, the first one launched in this line. Fragrantica should change the name or, failing that, modify the accords and notes.
The distant cousin of Cool Water by Davidoff. Baby maker number 1 in the Argentine Republic. Your dad wore it, you wear it, and your kids will wear it. It should be cultural heritage along with mate and tango.
Perhaps the most used men’s perfume in Argentina in the last 30 years, I think it was launched in the mid-90s, and although it starts from Cool Water’s DNA, it completely lacks the calone of its originator. It’s lemony in the opening, then woody and musky, innocent but very pleasant. It has earned the affection of generations who wore it and re-wore it, and they assure it guarantees compliments and positive comments, and that women love it for a reason they themselves can’t explain. Even today, it’s very possible to smell its scent on the streets, its very affordable price and distribution in all kinds of stores, even kiosks and neighborhood shops, guarantee its relevance for ages and ages. Amen.
It’s the only one from the line I have, I bought it because a reviewer insisted, as they well said, it’s a flanker of Cool Water, since it’s not a clone, it’s much more floral, honestly it’s a good perfume, they say its performance has dropped a lot compared to decades ago, which happens with all fragrances, the problem with this perfume is that it became very popular due to price and scent, and it got “burned out”, but it’s a nice summer scent, for longevity I wear it at home or walking the dog.
