A friend gave it to me after she bought it when it launched in Argentina; she couldn’t stand the intense popcorn aroma, it gave her a headache. Yes, for me it’s also a scent that stands out a lot (from the beginning to the end), along with the sweetness of the chestnuts. The cardamom, knowing it’s in the composition, I sometimes feel it very faintly (or I imagine it, because it’s a scent I like 😊). The other notes I don’t feel on my skin. Well, to summarize: if you want to smell like sweet pochoclos, as we say here… this is your fragrance!!
I LOVE THIS PERFUME CRAZILY! Despite all the notes Natura declares, the only thing that hits with impeccable strength is CARAMELIZED POPCORN, or as we say in Argentina, POCHOCLO! It’s exquisite! I don’t think it’s a sophisticated or elegant scent for an event, but rather a delight for everyday life. It’s one of those perfumes that makes you want to eat, with a constant amber presence. Excellent longevity on my skin and a moderate sillage. It’s a fun, extraordinarily sweet perfume that won’t disappoint gourmand fans ♥
Lots of chestnut and almond blossom aroma.
I love it so much! I saw a review by Ori Ruso and wanted to try it because it said it smells like popcorn, and it is… it feels intensely like popcorn. It’s an intense sweetness and I don’t know why it reminded me a tiny bit of LVEB, maybe it’s the sweetness. It has great longevity and sillage as far as I’m concerned, since three people noticed it and asked me what I was wearing. It’s ideal for night use, but I’ve worn it during the day because the scent is truly delicious. It makes you want to eat popcorn lol. I’d buy it again without a doubt, plus I found it cheap at Natura (maybe around $10). Totally recommended 🙂
It’s a delight, an intense but very pleasant perfume, sweet with creamy citrus touches. It’s a beautiful thing, addictive, sensual yet at the same time tender and mysterious. I loved it and already bought a refill.
I tried it today and let me tell you, as soon as you splash it on, you get a very soft, subtle sweet lemon scent. Then I don’t feel the grapefruit or cardamom; instead, the caramelized popcorn appears in a medium way, nothing intrusive or overpowering. You also notice a sweet almond aroma and a soft vanilla cream. Truthfully, very rich and sweet, but not cloying. In the dry down, it’s 97% like Jeanne Arthes’ Candyland Boum, a rich fragrance. I recommend it: the sillage is medium and the longevity is about 4 to 5 hours.
This is a very interesting fragrance. I also own Kriska Shock, and I have to say this Kriska Delirio is sweet but in a different style: it’s a creamy oriental, vanilla-spiced with cardamom and woody, like sweet incense. At first, you notice the lemon, then that citrus touch disappears. I’m not sure if I detected the popcorn scent correctly, as I expected something simpler like candy bags, but it turns out to be much more complex and sophisticated. It’s gourmand, but not as ‘cotton candy’ as the Shock; it’s more elegant, though it works for daytime without being too formal. It’s rich, different from what I expected, and I really like it. I think it’s versatile for all ages, doesn’t offend, and can appeal to a wide audience, from young people to adult women. In summary: starts with a lemon cream, then vanilla, popcorn with caramel, spices, and a woody base.
I love this fragrance. It has a sparkling top note with lemon, I also detect cardamom, and a sweet dry down that’s spiced, woody, warm, and creamy… it’s divine. It’s purely a gourmand oriental. I can’t stop smelling it. What predominates for me is a delicious, creamy caramel dry down with those chestnuts very present. It can be worn daily or for a special occasion. I use it at the office and love it; the only downside is it doesn’t have a huge sillage or longevity on my skin, but the scent is addictive. I’m buying a second bottle and don’t see any resemblance to Pure XS, as I perceive that one as more floral, though they share a vibe.
I grabbed this blindly because I needed something cheap for the cold and humidity in Buenos Aires. At first, that chestnut and caramel bomb scared me, and I doubted I’d like it, but over time I’ve absolutely loved it. Best used in the morning on cold days; it feels like a warm hug and a constant companion. Estela, a solid ten. The longevity is excellent, lasting the entire workday. If you use it indoors, just apply a little less. Super happy with the purchase and totally recommendable.
It starts with an intense citrus, then magically the delicious popcorn appears and evolves into a delicate, exquisite citrus creaminess. Sometimes you can detect the almond blossom. On my skin, it lasts several hours, which surprised me. Absolute gourmand and charming.
It’s currently called Kriska Joy and is the best in the 2021 line if you like salty notes. Very similar to Bon Bon, but with that salty touch à la Paco Rabanne. It’s another Kriska sweet, warmer, creamier, and salted caramel. It lasts much longer than Bon Bon.
I heard about a sample I liked, won it as a prize, and tested it generously. On a cold, humid day, it repulsed me. I couldn’t stand it and sprayed alcohol on my neck at the bank. It smelled like hot buttered cream, like when you fry something. The sample had more nuances; I don’t know what happened, maybe the cold or my chemistry. No flowers or woods were detected. I’ll try another opportunity, but it was a bad experience.
What can I say about this beauty? It’s exquisite. Kriska Delirio/Joy is unique: it starts with a fresh grapefruit burst for two seconds, then salty popcorn (not sweet), enveloping and blending with a warm vanilla explosion that warms you up. Ideal for winter and dry days. You either love it madly or hate it; there are no middle grounds. It’s incredibly captivating and lasts forever. I don’t recommend buying without trying! It fell in love with me.
It’s a standard scent for Kriska, akin to a classic, nothing like their other fragrances. It’s very sweet.
This fragrance is a hit with men; for the first time, they complimented me more than women. The popcorn isn’t like Pure XS; it’s heavier, bathed in thick vanilla cream, whereas Pure’s are fresh and salty. It has a great trail and sillage, very versatile, though it might be too much for summer (better for cool nights). It feels intimate and warm. Edit: now I feel the almond note is getting heavy on me.
When I first tried it, I thought I was wearing Black XS Pure—they’re identical! The difference is that Black XS lasts until the next day, while Kriska Joy lasts 12 hours. I love that caramelized popcorn scent; it makes you want to eat your arm. I have a refill and I’m obsessed.
On my skin, gourmands tend to fade faster and highlight other notes. Here, the caramel isn’t noticeable; instead, I get almond, chestnut, and lemon with the popcorn. The latter are vanilla-infused, creamy, and strong. Warning: it smells quite like talcum powder, don’t ignore that. The trail is spectacular and lasts 5-6 hours on others, great for toilet water, but be careful with the sprays.
I tested it while having a cold, so I can’t decipher it 100%, but it smells good. It’s a creamy little sweet, vanilla-infused, caramelized, with a salty hint. I didn’t detect the popcorn note, or it wasn’t what I expected, just an initial salty burst. As a gourmand lover, I give it a 10; perfect for autumn or evening outings.
According to Natura, Kriska Delirio/Joy blends caramelized popcorn, vanilla cream, and cumaru. It opens with a salty touch similar to Pure XS, but quickly transitions into a sweet, fruity cream with an amber base. It’s warm and rich, though the longevity and projection are low, and it’s not one of the sweetest. Don’t be alarmed if you already own Pure XS; it’s just similar. Ideal for the price (100 ml for $12 on discount).
I love it! I’m a fan of the Drama and I feel this is softer for hot days. I would buy it again even though it lasts me a maximum of 4 hours on skin.
Ugh… deli deli! I wore it one spring day with a cherry and hazelnut cream and it was an amazing match. Like the previous one, I’m a fan of the Drama, and this is super sweet and almond-scented, with a salty note that reminded me of Cheirosa 62.
I’m fascinated by it; it’s a seductive sugar bomb. The scent is exquisite: sugared popcorn with chestnuts and woods. It’s delicious, totally gourmand, and my favorite. I don’t see any relation to Puré XS despite the shared notes; Kriska Alegría is the improved version since the PR one is rough and masculine, while this is feminine and delicious. The trail is moderate and the longevity is disappointing. I have an issue with the diffuser; it seems to dispense too much product; I bought the 100ml one and it was already depleted without much use. I would buy it again because I love the fragrance and it’s almost always at a good price.
No woody notes at all, just a very generic sweetness.
I bought it today and upon application, I felt a sweet fruity opening that I didn’t dislike, but I was disappointed not to smell the popcorn. However, within seconds, I couldn’t stop smelling it. The caramelized popcorn scent blew my mind. The chestnut base highlights after hours, but it doesn’t lose its sweet essence. Others don’t pick up the popcorn, but on my skin, they’re there and SO MUCH. Super addictive!
It was a Christmas gift and I loved it; when it dries down, it smells like creamy vanilla. I absolutely adore it! If you’re a gourmand fan like me, it’s for you. I’ve seen people say it’s similar to Puré XS, but no, I’ve smelled it and it gave me nausea; they don’t resemble each other at all.
Kriska Delirio (Alegría in Mexico): creamy, sweet, almond-scented EDT with a salty touch and a hint of the menthol accord from the Drama, but less intense. To me, it’s like a Drama for everyday wear, sweeter and more wearable. Unfortunately, the performance is low: one hour of projection and three hours of longevity, just like the Drama. It’s comfortable, neutral, sweet but not cloying, and I sense an undisclosed patchouli that isn’t overpowering. The target audience is young; I prefer the Essencial, Luna, and Ilia lines for better performance. Ideal for teenagers.
I had high expectations based on the reviews and its similarity to Puré XS, so I bought it blind and what a disappointment. My pH might have worked against it, but for me, it’s a resounding NO. It smells too much like vetiver, super masculine, synthetic, and low quality; it gives off a cheap perfume vibe. I kept the new bottle just in case I sell it, after all, tastes differ.
Kriska Alegría (Argentine version): nice EDT, but when it dries down it smells just like the Drama. It has that salty popcorn vibe reminiscent of Black XS, though it’s light years away from being a dupe. Low projection and short longevity on my skin, but it’s sweet, friendly, and versatile for any weather. I liked it, but it lacks staying power 😘
From hating it to loving it: smells creamy, not salty at all, a mix of sugar and butter. Yum!
The opening is woody, camphoraceous, and citrusy, which I didn’t like. In the dry-down it’s sweet, but the woody notes remain. It doesn’t smell like popcorn with melted sugar as I expected from reviews. Not for me, but it’s unisex; my husband uses it and he loves sweet and woody aromas, and it smells great on him.
First time using it today: I don’t find it strong or invasive. It stays sweet and soft, with an oriental touch. It would be a pleasant scent for everyday wear in cooler weather.
I’ve been reselling Natura products for years and fell in love with this. It reminded me of Black Opium, one of my favorites. Intense but not invasive, sweet without being overpowering. Kriska Alegría is irresistible. I haven’t tested the trail well yet, but it smells great. Price-to-quality ratio is 10/10; it feels like an EDP at first sniff. Buy it if you love sweet, caramelized, and vanilla scents. Super tasty, accessible, and worth the price. Thanks Natura for this gem.
Synthetic popcorn that gives off a cheap perfume vibe and eventually saturates and disgusts you. That said, the longevity is acceptable for an EDT.
I tried it today and was surprised. The opening is exquisite: custardy, sweet, like sablé dough with lemon zest and vanilla. Then the citrus fades and crunchy caramel emerges. So delicious! But it lasts very little, unfortunately. I didn’t feel any intensity or projection.
It smells like caramel, reminds me of Kriska Drama but without the patchouli. I can’t judge the performance because I only have the deodorant, but it’s rich and gourmand.
I started with the deodorant and liked it, so I bought the perfume. But either it was stored poorly or it’s different: super woody, smells old, nothing like the deo. It’s not disgusting, but it feels old-fashioned. I recommend it for people over 60, not as a gift or blind buy.
I agree: sweet, buttery, and camphoraceous. It reminds me of Black Opium. It’s not my style; I prefer floral-fruity or cheerful gourmand scents; this one is dark and boozy. The dry-down is nicer, it tames the harshness, but that camphor note… I appreciate it, but no.
I bought it months ago and hated the synthetic, cheap smell; today I’m giving it another chance and the dry-down has improved, but the performance is still poor. Tolerable, nothing more. I wouldn’t buy it again.
Kriska Alegría is my winter scent: sweet, creamy, and popcorn-like. At first, it was too aggressive, so I save it for cold weather. A good perfume.
