Brutal opening that reminds me of the Opus Library from Amouage—same vibe. Starts strong with rose, violet, and vanilla over a non-shouting oud that just adds that woody touch. Feels powdery, floral, and woodsy. After half an hour, it balances out, the balsamic notes rise, and it gets a bit darker. As it fades, the flowers drop away and the vanilla, oud, and resins take center stage. Great experience: powerful trail and projection for the first two hours, then settles into a personal bubble, noticeable at arm’s length for another seven hours. Unisex, maybe slightly feminine at first. Perfect for casual and semi-formal wear, versatile for all seasons except extreme heat. You’ll really appreciate this once you’re past 30.
