Bought it with high hopes and was pleasantly surprised—it smells different from what I expected. It’s a rare scent, heavy on resinous, green, and balsamic smoke; that smoke feels more like black tar than frankincense. After 20-30 minutes it settles, revealing galbanum, cedar, herbs, and lavender. It’s an unusual take on barber-shop scents, strictly for men and fans of classic heavy fougères. What disappointed me is that, despite being an Eau de Parfum, its longevity and projection are quite subdued. I love it because it breaks away from the traditional fougères I already own. Perfect for men over 35 for any occasion. Scent: 7.5/10, Sillage: 4/10, Projection: 4/10, Longevity: 3.5/10
