Descripción
Adorisse by JAFRA is a floral fragrance for women. Launched in 1996, this composition opens with the freshness of orange blossom and the sweetness of plum. The heart reveals a floral harmony of rose, jasmine, and ylang-ylang, while the base offers a warm and persistent sequence of amber, vanilla, musk, and sandalwood.

Of all the Jafra perfumes, this is one of the best. From start to finish it smells floral and powdery. The curious thing is that it doesn’t have musk, which is usually what gives that touch, and it’s also super versatile: can be worn day or night, all year round, regardless of the season.
Reminds me a lot of Givenchy’s Amarige, but it’s a delight that lasts hours on the skin and projects pure elegance.
Not one of my favorites, but it’s not bad at all.
On my skin, it starts out strong and slightly bitter, then softens and becomes richer. I didn’t really detect the mandarin. I like it, but it’s not one of my favorites since I prefer sweeter scents; my mom, however, absolutely loves it.
On my skin it starts strong and a bit bitter, but minutes later it softens and becomes richer. I didn’t notice the tangerine. I like it, though it’s not one of my favorites because I prefer sweeter things, but my mom loves it.
A bit strong for my taste, but it’s good and one of the longest-lasting.
It smells a bit strong to me, but it’s fine and it’s one of the longest-lasting ones.
I’ve known this perfume since it launched; I was a teenager and it’s always identified with me. It’s a floral, feminine, elegant, and youthful scent, nothing matronly. I’ve had about 20 bottles over more than 20 years, but unfortunately the last two don’t smell the same anymore. I think they reformulated it or did something to it, and unfortunately it’s not the same—I miss it.
I’ve been wearing this since I was a teenager; it’s my essence: floral, feminine, elegant, and youthful—nothing old. I’ve had over 20 bottles in more than 20 years, but the last two don’t smell the same anymore. I think they reformulated it, and I really miss the original.
I use it on my grandma and it fits her perfectly. It smells very classy, haha.
My grandma uses it and it looks amazing on her, smells fancy, haha.
Adorisse is a classic vintage, super feminine and sober, 90s style. The opening is strong and a bit bitter, evolving into a powdery amber floral; it’s not sweet and I don’t smell any rose, just white flowers and a slightly dry musk. It’s a simple but pretty and feminine composition. Performance is moderate sillage with about six hours of longevity. If you like dusty, slightly bitter classics, Adorisse is for you: a beautiful classic at a moderate price. Ideal for lovers of dusty classic florals.
I grabbed a sample and liked the scent from the cap: soft, slightly sweet, and full of white flowers. But when I tried it on my skin, I almost fainted, haha; the opening is brutal, like a ‘grandma perfume’. I get why that happens with classics, but I let it dry for three minutes and it changed completely. On my skin, it’s very powdery and warm, with tons of rose and jasmine plus a touch of vanilla. Very feminine and lasts just enough to be economical. I’ll use it at night; my feeling is it’s best for mild or cold weather—it would be too overpowering in full heat.
