I bought this blind based on reviews here, and it’s amazing. I usually go for fruity scents, but I absolutely loved discovering this musky facet. It smells like just out of the shower, all clean—it’s like a total energy reset.
It’s exquisite in its aroma blend, truly delicious and sparkling right from the start. It’s curious to me to perceive so many notes, which doesn’t usually happen with my perfumes: I can smell the pepper, incense, and a very present oud, followed by a suede that feels more like leather to me, with just a hint of praliné sweetness, all over an amber and musky base. It’s a very distinguished, versatile, and fresh blend. The downside is the performance on my skin: it doesn’t last 4 hours, and I have to sniff my neck to feel it. It could be reapplied happily, but it’s a shame. The price-to-performance ratio is poor, even if it’s a bit cheaper than a designer brand. Also, I think 3-4 hours isn’t moderate longevity; it’s low (moderate would be 4-8 hours). But it’s personal. In short, it’s a great aroma but a bad perfume. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Fresh, clean, and musky fragrance. I bought it blind and at first, it seemed more feminine than I expected. But as it dries down and those green notes emerge, it becomes more unisex, though I don’t think it’ll ever be truly masculine. Soft incense, flowers, cactus, musk, and suede dominate. It’s perfect for post-shower or lounging at home, creating a relaxing aura. Don’t expect high potency or long-lasting performance. With that in mind, it’s a lovely fragrance. Will there be another Clean scent with a more masculine profile?
By far the best perfume I’ve ever bought. It’s spectacular; I haven’t found anything like it. I’d wear it every day if not for the price. It’s a fresh wood scent, not overwhelming. I love it and couldn’t resist writing this review.
It’s hard to find this fragrance; for me, it’s the best in Clean’s line of 8. It has great longevity, and I loved the scent—I can’t compare it to anything else. That combination of wood, flowers, and leather is fantastic. I tried it by chance in the store and fell in love.
