  The opening is spectacular: the pear is fresh, sweet, and sparkling, super delicious, making you want to eat it. But the opening fades very quickly and gives way to tobacco flower and carrot seed, which I find a bit bitter, leaving a sweet and earthy scent. I don’t have much more to say: it’s fresh, sweet, but doesn’t last long and has no great sillage. It’s one of those that stays with you and only people close by will ask about the smell. While it’s nice, it’s not something you want everyone to notice when you walk into a room; sometimes that’s not good. I see it as unisex, suitable for any time or season, maybe winter would be better. For the price, I recommend trying a sample or decanting first, because I don’t feel it’s a great wonder for $100. With that money, I could easily buy something niche with better longevity and scent, though surely there will be those who will pay for it.

  I tried it in the discovery kit and it was the second one I liked most (after Skin). The pear opening is very realistic and sweet, so much so that I get a honeyed nuance. It feels more feminine due to that sweetness. The sillage is moderate and low. On my skin, it lasts about 6 hours and doesn’t turn bitter or earthy. I like it, but not enough to buy the big bottle. It’s versatile, a sweet fruity scent. If you like pear, give it a try, though I wouldn’t buy it blind.

  Perfect for everyday wear, super subtle. Smells like clean skin and just out of the shower, with a sweet and salty touch. It’s the ultimate ‘no makeup’ perfume. If you work with lots of people and want something innocent and fresh, this is it. Literally smells like ambroxan and ambergris. If you love those notes, you’ll definitely like this.

  I was really excited to try this and got it at a great price, but honestly, it didn’t work for me. I’m not sure if it’s a bad batch, but the projection is non-existent. The moment I put it on, it smells like tobacco and burnt caramel that just lingers there without any nuances. What a pity; I don’t feel any freshness at all. I hope it’s a defective product or that I can find a way to make it work.
