Alexandra Monet
Alexandra Monet is a creative perfumer with over 15 years of experience in the fragrance industry. Born and raised in Paris, France, she discovered her passion for perfumery at age 13 and went on to study at ISIPCA to pursue her dream of becoming a perfumer. She honed her skills and developed her unique olfactory imagination under the guidance of well-known perfumers such as Francoise Caron.
After completing her studies, Alexandra moved to Munich, Germany, for 6 years to begin her career in the fragrance industry. During her time in Munich, she focused on creating fragrances that reflect her love for balance and organization. She then returned to Paris, which she considers her true home, to be closer to her friends and family and to immerse herself in the city’s energy.
Alexandra is a globe-trotter who draws inspiration from her travels. She loves exploring new places and experimenting with new tastes and scents. India is one of her favorite destinations, where she finds inspiration in the country’s vibrant colors and aromas. She likes to travel alone, as it allows her to see things differently and connect with people more easily.
Alexandra has worked with international clients and trend-focused niche brands, gaining a strong understanding of the Fine Perfumery and Personal Care markets. She has worked as a perfumer for Drom Fragrances, Firmenich and other notable companies. Her experience has enabled her to develop fragrances for several leading brands, including L'Oréal, Beiersdorf, Yves Rocher, Victoria's Secret and Inter Parfums.
Alexandra’s approach to perfumery is innovative, as she loves playing with different combinations of interesting ingredients and then adds structure to create her unique fragrances. Her work has earned her several awards, and her passion for perfumery continues to drive her to create unforgettable fragrances that capture the essence of nature and inspire people to enjoy life to the fullest.
