It opens with elemi bergamot and incense. In the heart, those resins linger a bit effervescent and smoky, mixed with a subtle touch of dulce de leche mousse and vanilla that gives a creamy, sweet base without going overboard. In the dry down, I still notice that juicy, vanilla-creamy vibe, though the resins have calmed down and are less prominent. I see it as unisex and perfect for cold or mild climates. The performance is top-notch; it lasts forever; the only thing missing is a bit more projection, but it projects well. From this line, I prefer Contre Bombarde, but Voix Humaine is a great perfume. It’s like a blend of Plein Jeu and Contre Bombarde, combining the citrus of the first with the caramelized notes of the second. In short, an original good incense, although the price is a bit high.
Starts with bergamot, elemi, and frankincense. The resins linger, slightly effervescent and smoky, blended with a subtle touch of dulce de leche mousse and vanilla that creates a creamy, sweet but controlled base. It ends creamy and vanillic, with the resins calmed yet still present. I see this as unisex, perfect for cold or mild climates. Performance is top-notch; it lasts forever. The only downside is it lacks a bit of projection, but it’s very audible. From the line, I prefer Contre Bombarde, though Voix Humaine is excellent. It feels like a blend of Plein Jeu and Contre Bombarde, combining the citrus of the first with the caramelized notes of the second. Overall, an original incense, though the price is a bit excessive.
It’s unsettling but delivers exactly what I expected. The ‘dulce de leche mousse’ note paired with the title ‘Voix Humaine’ gave me the idea and they nailed it: it smells like breath. Not bad breath or coffee, but the sweet of clean saliva with a subtle taint of funk. It’s a neutral, androgynous, shaved, pale breath—like that of a newly formed homunculus that hasn’t eaten yet. It doesn’t smell good, but it can be just as attractive as sweat, though it fits better in a kiss than on the skin, where it feels out of place. The resins support those strange sweets with a sharp, coniferous touch; it seems Sorcinelli loves pines, but here it’s no accident. The pepper effect also stands out, and I’m starting to suspect this vegetable shares molecules with many resins.
It’s unsettling but delivers exactly what I expected. Seeing the dulce de leche mousse and the title ‘Voix Humaine’ gave me an idea that turned out right: it smells like breath. Not a bad breath, not coffee, but clean saliva with a subtle sweetness and a slight funk. It’s a neutral, androgynous, freshly shaved, pale breath, like that of a newly formed homunculus that hasn’t eaten yet. It’s not pleasant, but it can be attractive just like sweat, though more suited to a kiss than on the skin, where it feels out of place. The resins support these strange sweet notes with a sharp, very coniferous character. It seems Sorcinelli loves pinene, but here it’s not random. There’s also a notable pepper effect. I’m already suspecting this vegetable shares molecules with many resins.
