I bought it blind and honestly, it’s not a bad scent, but I expected something else. It’s not innovative and smells quite similar to Burberry Her or Zara’s Go Fruity, but with the added marshmallow touch; and all that for a much lower price. Plus, its longevity isn’t great and the projection is very weak. Maybe if it didn’t smell like so many others I’d keep it, but I’m convinced I’m letting it go.
I have the set of three miniatures and have to say, out of the three, I only like this one. It smells like Burberry Her, Cloud, and derivatives, always with a distinct twist, but that mysterious Baccarat note dominates. It’s a style I adore; I think I’d never get tired of it, even with hundreds of thousands of inspirations out there xD. Here’s my review of all three: Violet Vibe smells like Burberry/Cloud; Mellow Yellow is super similar to any Escada tropical with pineapple; and Pretty Pink is a watery Bombshell, the classic that leans unisex/male depending on your pH. They’re all very summery perfumes, but none smell like ice cream—they aren’t gourmands like the bottles might suggest 🍦🥲. I guess they got those containers because they’re light summer scents. Since this was the only one I liked, I ended up buying a full bottle of it ^^ 💫
All Ana Sui bottles are amazing! I love this perfume; I get that whipped cream scent on my skin and feel happy, like it’s a vacation day (even if I’m at the office). If you like sweet scents but not heavy dessert gourmands, this is exactly what you’re looking for.
Ooh, the projection and longevity aren’t the best, so I’d recommend spraying it on clothes instead. It lasts about 7 hours before settling into a super intimate scent. You can detect Baccarat Rouge 540 or Ariana Grande’s Cloud in it, but to me, it smells more like Blueberry Elixir. It’s a mix of strawberry, lemon, and whipped cream: sweet, fresh, with a tart fruit twist. Perfect for gifting to a teenager; the bottle and packaging are truly charming.
