Up top, pink pepper and shiso, the purple mint, add an aromatic lift with a leafy edge. The opening feels bright, setting up a drydown that turns steadily earthy.
The top pairs rose with pink pepper and shiso. The rose stays crisp rather than sweet, sharpened by green facets and a gentle tingle of spice that wakes things up without roughness.
