If you smell a natural rose, just before it blooms, fresh… it smells like that, not like a rose perfume, but the real rose. My partner said the same thing. I guess the blend of notes creates that perfect sum: the juiciness of the fruits, the sweet acidity of the lychee (what I notice most at first), the floral texture… It’s very pretty and feminine, delicate yet both acidic and sweet at the same time. It’s true that for me personally, the lychee becomes too strong and sour after a while. Like other d’Annam scents, in terms of performance and longevity, it’s a bit weak, though I think it has good projection, being more subtle than other designer floral-fruit fragrances that are more saturated.
