This perfume captivates mimosa lovers. The dominant note is mimosa, enhanced by heliotrope and a hint of cardamom, creating an exquisite vintage powder-room scent. The result is very chic, enveloping, and distinctly feminine: luminous, natural, and elegant, perfect for a day with positive energy. It’s very Galimardian, classic, and powdery, with that French touch. Amber wraps the mimosa in a soft sweetness. I’ve been asked multiple times what I’m wearing; it doesn’t go unnoticed, but it’s not overwhelming. It has good longevity and a noticeable sillage. It stays beautifully on clothes. The quality-to-price ratio is fantastic.
Smells like fresh, realistic mimosa with green notes; as it dries down, there’s a powdery touch, but not at first. It’s super feminine, lasts longer than Jo Malone’s Cardamom (which here feels less intense and less enveloping), but sweeter and softer, like a body cream. If you compare performance, this wins on longevity and gives a similar effect at a much lower price.
