  A top-tier, often overlooked fragrance that outshines similar scents costing three to four times as much. Simple yet original, with a fairly linear profile. It opens with fresh mint, powdery iris, and spices—the pepper is noticeable, while cumin just adds a subtle nuance (I don’t detect it). As it dries down, sandalwood emerges, making it creamy. Alongside Metal Absolu, this is my favorite from the brand. Performance isn’t beastly but it performs well: good longevity, lasting 6-7 hours on my skin. Projection is moderate, fading to skin scent in the last 2-3 hours, smelling like a high-quality woody body cream. I absolutely love it and, given the price, I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who enjoys this type of aroma. Although it differs, it follows the line of Les Bains Gerbois’s New Wave (sweeter, more mint, less wood), Parfums Dusita’s Le Pavillon d’Or (softer but better performance), and Euphorium Brooklyn’s Butterfly (greener, fresher, less powdery). If you like mint and iris, give it a try. Perfect as a signature scent, for the office, or for summer outings.
