  I’m starting the Sukimuki series by testing their 18 decants. This first one is a hit: its opening is identical to L’Homme Idéal Cologne, but as it dries down, it turns feminine and threw me off. I arrived at the office smelling like I’d spilled beer on myself (yes, I admit it, that day I showered with L’Occitane almond oil, lol). It’s unisex and VERY good, though risky for a man and super versatile if a woman wears it (8/10).

  SCENT: To me, it feels more feminine than masculine, but it smells rich and interesting. It’s sweet and fresh, though the sweetness takes the lead. The floral notes and that almond creaminess stand out; as it dries down, the woody notes emerge. PERFORMANCE: I was surprised. I sprayed it twice on one arm in the morning and noticed it all day. I showered, slept, and the next day it still smelled (softer, but noticeable). The best part is the price: in Mexico, 100 ml at $990 is 30% off (Eau de Parfum). If you’re looking for the more feminine unisex option, buy with confidence. Scent 10, Longevity 10, Projection 10, Versatility 6, Value 10. TOTAL: 9.

  My second unisex-feminine gem; I’m not sure if I love it more on me or on my wife. It’s top-tier, super versatile, but I recommend it for cold days.
