Moonlight Garden by Flower Knows

First of all: the bottle. As usual with Flower Knows, its presentation is very beautiful and well-crafted. The only thing to take into account is the unicorn wings—they feel slightly flexible and not 100% rigid, so watch out if you travel with it or carry it in your bag, since you could lose one. It’s not loose enough for that to happen in a day or a week, but over time… I point this out because the fragrances from this brand don’t stand out for their longevity, and since you’ll probably have to reapply, I’d recommend an atomizer for transporting it rather than carrying the bottle with you. That said, on to the perfume. I usually don’t criticize bottles much, but with this brand and the designs it has, it’s normal for that to be the reason that drives your purchase, because they’re beautiful; however, in general the scents aren’t very long-lasting or unique. The perfume opens with a very intense floral note. It smells like being in a field of flowers—you can smell different types of flowers, and it smells very green. I feel like it’s not a ‘wow’ perfume; it’s simply a clean, floral perfume, but precisely because of that, I also think it’s a good blind buy because I don’t think it’s a scent that would displease many people. I don’t know what perfume to compare it to right now, but anyway, if you think of the typical scent a floral soap would have, it probably comes close to this perfume. You can wear it all year round; it won’t overwhelm or bother anyone, first because it has almost no projection, but because of the type of scent it is, it’s very versatile. I don’t see it as an evening perfume… And personally, I would wear it more in summer/spring. As for longevity, as I already said, it doesn’t stand out either, as usual in this house. Think of them as EDT performance even though they’re EDP. After about 2–3 hours, you don’t have any perfume left, so it may be that by the time you get to where you’re going, it doesn’t even smell anymore. It won’t be your favorite or your signature perfume, nor something you haven’t already smelled, but it smells very good. If you’re going to buy one from this house, it’s not a bad option; in fact, it’s the one I would recommend, unless you want another one because of the bottle, since I consider this not to be the prettiest one they make. It’s not as artificial as some others they have, and it’s one of my favorites so far, if not my main favorite from Flower Knows. I’m more into gourmand scents, but this floral scent is better and more ‘natural’ than the sweet ones they have.
