They start with a very aquatic mandarin opening, perhaps with ozonic notes, and then in the heart, you detect rose along with something akin to very young laundry soap. The base is woody; although the description mentions oud, it’s hardly felt. The first ten minutes deliver less than usual, but by fifteen minutes, it starts to gain strength. Once the base takes over, the perfume expands and becomes very noticeable. It’s not opulent, but rather elegant and discreet. The longevity is quite good. It’s not a perfect ten, but it has quality. If, like me, you prefer that not everyone knows you’re wearing something unusual, this isn’t for you.
