I was blown away by this perfume-inspired collection; almost all of them are hits. I grabbed a couple to try, and Lost in Santal really caught my attention. It’s interesting because, despite the resemblance to the original, it’s a complex and special scent in a body mist. Longevity is short (around 3 hours), but what lasts smells incredible, so I keep a mini refill in my bag. It’s the most accessible way to smell like a great perfume every day; it doesn’t have that cheap body mist finish and feels more like a real fragrance. Scent: 9/10, Sillage: 8/10, Longevity: 7/10.
Picked it up today. Even though it’s marketed as a women’s scent, I get a unisex vibe with a heavier masculine lean. What really works for me are those creamy woods, leather, and a super resinous balsam note. Compared to Santal 33, I’d say it’s 90% or more similar. It’s an absolute steal: you pay little but smell like luxury perfume. Longevity is solid—about 4 hours on skin and all day on clothes.
