Just Rock is softer than its sister, less sweet-and-sour. I detect a very pleasant strawberry cream tone that makes it youthful, almost teenage. Here the vanilla is like whipped cream, but at the end, a neroli note adds seriousness. It’s pretty; for me, it’s better than the first one, which had a more synthetic tone. It’s a youthful bet for anyone following the sweet creamy-fruit-floral trend. Longevity on skin is acceptable, and the sillage is a bit lower compared to the previous one.
I never write reviews, but since there was only one, I decided to try. One day a sales associate recommended a nice vanilla, I liked it and bought it, but I hadn’t gone crazy over it. It was only when I used it properly that I understood what a creamy, milky, vanilla perfume like this could be. It has great longevity and projection, especially in the first few hours, and I’m really impressed. It works wonderfully on me ❤️. Because of this infatuation, I bought ‘This Is Her!’. I tested both on each hand: ‘This Is Her!’ is marvelous but lasts fewer hours and has less sillage. I wasn’t aware of how sweet ‘Just Rock!’ is until the comparison, so if you’re not a fan of vanilla and sugar, stay away. Despite the sweetness, it doesn’t smell like cheap synthetics; it’s a composition with great taste. If they sold a niche version like this, I’d pay for it happily (what luck that it’s more affordable).
I enjoyed This Is Her for a while, so I was surprised when I tried Just Rock: it had that warm, creamy sweetness with a floral touch that felt so comforting. But then came the dry-down… a sensation I already knew from Black Phantom by Kilian: almost nausea-inducing due to a lactonic note that smells like sweetened sour milk. I regretted spraying it on my clothes; waiting to get home to change was a real ordeal. Definitely, lactonic perfumes aren’t for me: I have a love-hate-nausea relationship with them, and the nausea always wins. What a shame, because it’s vanilla with creamy nard, original and distinct from most designer vanilla scents.

What a delicious perfume, with distinction and originality. I enjoy it so much and people compliment it. It has great longevity and fills the room. It’s potent and delicious, has a touch similar to This Is Her but they are different. It’s sweet with a hint of nuts well combined with patchouli, sweet but not cloying and very elegant. I’ve had it for almost two years and I still love it a lot, it’s here to stay.

When I first tried it, I thought, ‘What is this?’ It smells like patchouli with creamy vanilla and flowers (though the flowers are more in the background). I don’t notice the woody notes, and I actually think I’m grateful for that (even though I usually like wood) because this combination gives me a headache. It has great longevity, because even after washing my hands, the scent still lingers 🥴
When I tried it, I thought: what is this? It’s patchouli with lots of creamy vanilla and floral undertones. I don’t smell the woody notes and I think I’m grateful for that, because that mix gives me a headache. It has good longevity, it lingers even after washing my hands 🥴.
First I fell for This Is Him, then I bought Just Rock for Him; later I liked This Is Her and followed up with its Just Rock version. Why? Because the Just Rocks have a magic that the ‘This Is’ ones don’t: presence. It’s incredible, not too feminine, a man can wear it too (though people put labels on things…). I love the vanilla and the notes that make it unique. The longevity is beastly and the trail is amazing. Very original, it has an incense note not listed on the specs that gives it a smoky touch. What a wonder.
It became one of my favorites since 2018. I went through three bottles, and every time I wore it, everyone asked what it was. I miss it; I can’t find it on any website. If anyone knows where to buy it in Spain, please let me know.

Just Rock is a magnet, not because of its notes, but because of how it envelops you. I agree with @clackain: I used to wear it and everyone would ask what I was wearing. I don’t wear designer anymore, but this smells like something special. That blend of neroli, vanilla, and a subtle touch of patchouli is pure seduction. I don’t understand why they discontinued it; it’s a huge shame.
