The top notes reveal green leaves, pine, and bitter orange; the heart unfolds cedar, juniper berries, and pepper; while the base notes settle on incense, cashmere wood, and ambroxan.

Amazing perfume from start to finish. I bought it from an online perfumerie and they gifted me samples of II (Deux) and Olim by Cire Trudon, a brand I didn’t know. I tried the II (Deux) sample and added it to my wishlist until I finally bought the bottle. It smells very similar to Philosykos and Ichnussa; in fact, some people already compare it to the first one. It’s fig leaf, but not as soft as Diptyque’s nor as creamy as Profumum’s; it’s a bit more bitter and wild, yet still very pleasant. The fig note lasts throughout the entire life of the fragrance, and when the other notes emerge, it turns into a woody scent with that green touch that is only slightly sweetened at the end by the ambroxan base. It has a relatively long lasting power, about 7-8 hours in spring with temperatures between 20 and 30 degrees. For me, it’s a discovery, a great perfume for spring, though it also works well at the end of winter or the beginning of summer, even on cool nights. Summer hasn’t arrived yet to test it with our intense sun, but it will. It’s a mature perfume, projects well for the first 2 hours, and creates a serene aura that is very relaxing to wear.
