UNIQUE… (the date on the bottle marks the legalization of gay marriage in NY, alongside a heart-shaped flag). The opening is very sweet and full-bodied (eau de parfum). An uncommon scent: the walnut, wood, and spices give it an original touch; sometimes it smells like incense, but it isn’t. Sometimes it gives me a bad vibe and makes my stomach turn (something frequent with this niche brand). Don’t get me wrong: I love incense! The perfume is dominated by two notes: walnut and wood. It feels youthful, a funny/quirky scent; the mandarin and plum add a playful touch. I like it dry, though not enough to pay $175. There are better perfumes, even designer ones, for much less. 100% casual use and for both sexes (unisex). Good projection and longevity that easily lasts over 6 hours. Ideal for temperate and cold climates. I don’t recommend buying it blind; it’s very risky.
