Descripción

Green Bubble by Jusbox is an oriental woody fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2018, the nose behind this composition is Julien Rasquinet. The top notes reveal marijuana, absinthe, and grapefruit; the heart unfolds cedar, saffron, and honey; while the base notes close the pyramid with amber, patchouli, labdanum, and sandalwood.

  • The first impression is unmistakably Black Afgano, but then it evolves on my skin into something distinct. The amber and woody notes do their job, creating a creamy, rich texture—likely thanks to the honey—without losing that signature marijuana and absinthe scent. A medicinal patchouli base lingers throughout. It perfectly evokes Jamaican music and reggae. Would I buy it? No, because there are better options out there. Still, it’s a well-constructed fragrance with clear phases and evolution. The brand’s concept is powerful and striking, and the presentation is top-notch.

  • I’m obsessed with this fragrance; it feels incredibly interesting and fits the Bob Marley vibe perfectly. The only downside is that for the price, the longevity leaves something to be desired—I have to reapply every 3 hours to keep it going. I get that it’s reminiscent of Black Afgano, but it smells different. Yes, you can detect the marijuana scent, but it’s wrapped in something green with fresh woods, not burnt, but like freshly ground herb for a pipe. It’s great for daytime wear, especially in spring and summer when it’s hot. In winter, it fades very quickly. Although it’s unisex, I think it leans more masculine. It seems exquisite, green, slightly sweet, and creamy. I’d love to have it in my collection, even more so if they could improve the longevity.
