For me, this is the summer version of my ultimate favorite commercial scent, Good Girl; it smells almost identical, but I wear it in the heat during the day. The jasmine stands out more than in other versions. A wonderful fragrance like all of them. I can’t believe that until recently, their bottles used to turn me off… how much I was missing out on…

The bottle is ridiculously tacky… The glitter makes it look so ordinary. The scent? Well, it’s a lighter version of the original Good Girl, nothing extraordinary.

This is the Good Girl version that’s for me: softer, but without sacrificing longevity (8 hours is very acceptable). Medium intensity. The star is jasmine, balanced by coffee and subtle woods; it’s the most elegant on my skin because it doesn’t overwhelm the praline, which in the original is suffocating. If the original floods your senses and gives you a headache, this could be your solution. Excellent for cold weather, day or night. Even though people say it’s the same fragrance in a different package, it’s not. Try it on your skin.

We needed a lighter version of Good Girl; with how potent and long-lasting its fixative is, we were looking for something ultra-light and fun. To please its fans, they released this version that swaps the fixative for the shoe’s glitter. Wow. The bottle is flashier, but the contents deliver. It’s ghostly and leaves a scent lasting about 30 minutes, like a weak fabric softener or detergent. That’s all. It’s curious that when they sell flashy bottles, the scents tend to be more subtle, almost imperceptible within 10 minutes?
