It centers on a crisp herbal-citrus idea, with tomato leaf and a light berry touch over dry cedar, vetiver and musk.
The opening of lemon zest, lavender and pepper feels immediate and clean. Lemon brings the sparkle, lavender keeps it tidy and aromatic, and pepper adds a dry bite.
The middle brings tomato leaf, petitgrain, raspberry and licorice. Tomato leaf is the standout, damp and snappy and green, while petitgrain extends the bitter-citrus edge.
Raspberry is kept in check, more juicy than sweet, and licorice adds a dark anise twist that keeps the blend from feeling too polite.
