Smells great, but watch out: the website’s projection claims are exaggerated. It’s a super light fragrance with very little presence.
Sweet and spicy aroma, very pleasant and smooth. You can detect the rum and saffron; as it dries down, it leaves a floral note I can’t quite identify, perhaps softened saffron with rum and cinnamon. It’s not strong, it’s subtle. I don’t pick up any tobacco, the vanilla is almost nonexistent, and the cinnamon dominates.
Very rich. I didn’t test them side by side to compare, but it’s well-crafted and doesn’t make sense for its price. I also tried another clone, can’t remember if it was Aftermath or the other one, but I didn’t like that one; it gave me an earthy, dirty note that didn’t convince me.
