Improved version of the Fantasy. This one really smells rich and sweet, but without being cloying.
Exquisite, I love it for those who enjoy sweet fragrances but it’s not cloying, quite sexy.

Same notes as the original Fantasy, just a different bottle design… The same scent in a different bottle, perfect for anyone who doesn’t like the pink packaging!

Honestly, I felt it smelled exactly like the pink Fantasy.

The Anniversary Edition is exactly the Fantasy we all know… or isn’t it? Fantasy launched in 2005 with a specific formula (early editions had Swarovski crystals that were removed due to cost). The 2005 and 2009 Fantasy is what’s in this bottle, whereas since 2009 they’ve been selling a reformulation (to those who knew it back then, I’m sorry, but this is the authentic Fantasy, not that acidic version). The original formula had a more powerful sillage (if the 2009 is strong, imagine the original), lasted longer, and the kiwi harmonized with the white chocolate; in the common version, the kiwi dominates and disconnects from the heart. I will always recommend buying the Anniversary Edition because the formula is superior. Also, the bottle is more mature, trading the neon pink for an intense black, which I see as a sign that both the perfume and the wearer mature but remain the same person. I imagine users from 10 years ago would be blushing to see a bottle commemorating a decade. And being a success, if I may say so. By the way, I’d love to see something similar done for Curious, but unfortunately, it didn’t have as much success as Fantasy (which was a huge hit in its time), plus Fantasy set the trend as one of the first gourmands (correct me if I’m wrong).
Oh my god, what a thrill! I bought this perfume today because reviews by @DominoZafiro said it could be the 2005 Fantasy and not the current acidic version. Upon applying it, thousands of memories from my pre-teen and teen years flooded back. I met it at 11; it was my first delicious perfume and accompanied me until I was 18. The 2009 reformulation, with that sky-high kiwi and less cupcake, had ruined it for me, but with this Anniversary Edition, my love potion is back. Finding it felt like a warm hug from someone who saw you grow up. Although many call it cloying, for me, it’s being at home in my ugly pajamas and feeling my most gorgeous. I’m happy wrapped in my Fantasy cloud, as if it were the first time I fell in love. Thanks for the contributions.
I received it yesterday as a Christmas gift. The kiwi doesn’t stand out much on my skin, unlike the pink Fantasy. Instead, the cupcake and chocolate are noticeable immediately and I love them. Over time, those sweet notes fade in intensity but remain; after two hours, the kiwi and base notes appear. In my case, the sweetness lasted longer than the kiwi. I feel this version is sweeter than the pink reformulation and I adored it. Lasts 6 hours on skin, 7/10 projection, and over 8 hours on clothes. When I finish this, I’ll buy another because it smells very much like the original. I was happy that the sweetness lingered longer.
Christmas gift arrived yesterday, and the first thing I noticed is that the kiwi doesn’t dominate on my skin like it does in the pink Fantasy. The cupcake and chocolate notes jump out immediately, which I absolutely loved. Over time, the cupcake and white chocolate fade a bit but remain the stars. After two hours, the kiwi and dry-down notes start to emerge. I have to admit, on my skin, the sweet notes lasted longer than the kiwi. In my opinion, this version of Fantasy smells sweeter than the pink reformulation, and I’m instantly in love. 6 hours on skin, 7/10 sillage, and over 8 hours on clothes. When I run out, I’ll buy another. It feels very similar (not identical) to the original. In my case, the sweet notes lingered longer, so I’m thrilled with this edition.
It’s the classic Fantasy as always, but this one came out to celebrate the 10th anniversary. The formula is identical; only the bottle changed. Plus, 100 units were personally signed by Britney.
