  Everything’s fine except that needle-of-pine note, which is unbearable and ruins the perfume.

  Smells rich but doesn’t last, not even for the price. The pine is noticeable at first but fades quickly, same with the amber, tonka bean, and sandalwood—all very light. It does smell like a damp forest, but everything disappears fast. There are better options; if you can, skip it. You won’t lose anything, even though it’s not expensive, but Cuba Paris does a better job for less. It lasts about three to four hours if you apply a lot. Moderate sillage. If you like pine, go a thousand times for Agua Brava or Pino Silvestre; this one smells very sweet. Worth it for a quick trip to the store or staying in without making a fuss.
