It opens with bourbon vanilla and rum, moves into a heart of labdanum, tobacco, plum, tonka bean, cinnamon and benzoin, then settles on vanilla with Ambreína, opoponax and sandalwood.
The opening feels rich and liquorous. Bourbon vanilla brings creamy, dark sweetness, while rum adds warmth and a boozy edge. This is not a bright, sugary vanilla, but one that leans evening-ready from the start.
The heart broadens the story. Plum adds a juicy, fruity lift, cinnamon brings spiced heat, and tobacco with labdanum and benzoin builds an ambery, balsamic core, rounded by tonka bean.
The drydown returns to vanilla, framed by Ambreína, opoponax and sandalwood. Creamy sandalwood gives a woody anchor, and the resins stretch wear with a warm, sweet, lightly musky softness.
