Crystal Oud by ALYSONOLDOINI is an aromatic woody fragrance for men. Launched in 2014, this composition was created by perfumer Benoist Lapouza. The olfactory pyramid unfolds with top notes of lemon and rhubarb; a spicy, earthy heart featuring pepper, truffle, and poppy; and a complex base blending vetiver, cypress, oud wood, oakmoss, incense, patchouli, cedar, benzoin, and musk.

Wow, I absolutely love this perfume. It’s a citrus and woody blend where oakmoss, lemon, vetiver, and pepper come alive. It starts classic, but once that initial explosion settles, its nobility and elegance shine through. It reminds me of Elysium: not the same, but they share the same spirit. At the 30-minute mark, in the heart notes, incense and vetiver stand out with a balsamic touch. I’m completely blown away. In the dry down, it smells very similar to Psychedelique by Jovoy Paris. As the brand’s first release, I recommend it without hesitation: top-tier quality, elegant, discreet, and pleasant. In its final phase, it feels remarkably like Terre d’Hermès. Ideal for men over thirty, perfect for formal, elegant occasions, gatherings, or interviews. It’s versatile for all seasons. Scent: 10/10, Sillage: 8/10, Projection: 8.5/10, Longevity: 8/10
