Brilliant floral with rose at the forefront that gradually sweetens and turns amber. It doesn’t smell like the other flankers; to me, it’s creamy, lactonic, cocoa-toned with a tropical touch. Ideal for spring and summer.
The opening is a sweet vanilla hug with balsamic notes, but the dry down is a total disaster—what did they do for God?
Ideal for anyone who can’t stand the original Chloé or its other flankers. I almost skipped it because I’m not a fan of the line, but what a pleasant surprise. A lead rose with jasmine, much warmer and ambered. I wear it daily, more of a daytime scent, perfect for autumn and winter. Lasts about 6 hours with light projection. I’m not sure if I’ll buy it, but it’s my favorite in the collection.
It has nothing to do with the rest of the line, which I appreciate because I’m not a fan of powdery scents. I love the opening, but the dry down leaves much to be desired; it resembles FAME and has a topical/coconut smell.
I started thinking ‘this smells great,’ surely it has pineapple, but there are no fruity notes. Still, I perceived a fruity/tropical vibe overall. The rose is subtler than in the original and has very little to do with the other edition. It’s sweet from the start, then the amber, balsamic, and vanilla notes emerge. I loved it.
I’ve tested this perfume a lot and concluded there’s a lot of mango and tropical fruit. They say it resembles FAME when it dries down, but I don’t see it, because FAME has sandalwood and this one doesn’t. This Chloe is tropical, like a balsamic jasmine with some mango.
Tender is the perfect word. It has a sweet, tropical trail that’s almost honeyed; it could be your signature scent all year round. Edit: I let it macerate for months, and now it smells amazing throughout the house.
At first I thought, ‘what a great smell!’, surely there was pineapple in the notes, but I don’t see it. However, I definitely felt fruity and tropical notes (I tested it once). The rose is much subtler than in the original, which, as others say, doesn’t have many similarities with this edition. From the start it’s sweet, and after a few minutes the amber, balsamic, and vanilla notes appear. I loved it.
Tender is the keyword. It has a sweet, tropical trail that’s almost honeyed; it could be your signature scent for any season. Edit: I let it macerate for months and now it smells like the whole house.
A soft, fresh vanilla, very elegant. Too bad it projects nothing.
A soft and fresh vanilla, very elegant. Pity that it has no projection.
It seems super similar to Dolce Garden, which I didn’t expect.
Common and mediocre, nothing more.
Powdery and floral, where the rose stands out and the vanilla is barely noticeable. Over time, it dries down to something that could be a distant cousin of vanilla, smelling like a sweet note that isn’t listed, like pineapple. You have to press your nose against the skin to smell it; it performs slightly better on clothes. It smells good but is boring and very common.
Elegant and chic, with a potent jasmine opening that fades quickly to reveal a tender, powdery rose. I loved the scent, but the projection is non-existent; you have to press your nose against the skin to smell it. The price is high and it didn’t meet my expectations, though I’ll use it daily because it’s not annoying. Ideal if you like powdery floral musks, but be prepared for it not to last long.
It’s a ‘meh’.
