I don’t understand the hype around this perfume; it smells like pure orange air freshener to me.
I really wanted to try it because it’s said to be inspired by the inaccessible Cedar Chic by CH. A couple of months ago I tried the original and, although I found it pleasant, I thought the hype was overblown. I love clean fragrances, so I went looking for this one to have it. I can’t compare it with the original because time has passed, but I really like this Cedrus Blanc. At first I got scared because I could barely smell it (I had tried three perfumes in a short time), but as time goes by, the evolution on skin is beautiful: clean, slightly sweet, slightly citrusy, all very subtle. It’s not a perfume with huge projection, but one that invites you to lean in. For the price, feel free to overspray. I see it as unisex, and I’m looking forward to smelling it on male skin too. Highly recommended.
