Today I tried this perfume at a store while looking for deals and… it just didn’t work for me. I love cherries, patchouli, pomegranate, and spices individually, but the combination smells too synthetic, almost like syrup or an energy drink. Scent: 5, Longevity: 8, Sillage: 8, Value: 6, Versatility: 5, Overall: 6
Today I gave in to the sales and tried this perfume in-store. Honestly, it didn’t work for me. I adore cherries, patchouli, pomegranate, and spices on their own, but the blend smells too synthetic, almost like syrup or an energy drink. Scent: 5, Longevity: 8, Sillage: 8, Value: 6, Versatility: 5, Overall: 6
I found it at a great price (18€/40ml), and upon retesting, it seemed better than I remembered. The opening is potent: tart cherry, pomegranate, artemisia, and green tea, reminiscent of a mix between Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry and Jo Malone’s Pomegranate Noir. As it dries down, the wood notes take over. The longevity isn’t bad, but it’s not a beast despite being a parfum. The projection is weak; after an hour, it’s skin scent. The dropper and the thick liquid give me pause, but it’s not a monster. It’s unisex, sweet, dark, woody, and fruity—perfect for cold days. Ratings: Scent 8, Longevity 7, Projection 6, Value 9, Versatility 8, Uniqueness 7, Overall 7.5.
Blood Concept B isn’t the brand’s crown jewel, but rather what defines its concept. Here, the message matters more than the pure scent. If you accept those rules, enjoy it with a glass of wine. It’s a sweetness drowned out by heavy, suffocating notes, where red apple and cherries lose ground to pepper and an earthy, almost subcutaneous base. The metallic notes push you to imagine a cellular level—unconventional and deeply rooted in the body. It’s curious and will only convince you if you prioritize the concept over the aroma.
