A luminous perfume of lemon and musk. If you enjoy the style of Kurkdjian like Elizabeth Arden’s Green Tea or Aqua Vitae you’ll love this. The fruity aspect is very specific: it’s like cutting into a fruit and smelling its heart with the seeds inside. That embellishes it and gives it personality. It’s not a ripe fruity citrus but rather very fresh fruit seeds. Easy classic radiant and beautiful.
Beautiful fragrance with a sweet juicy super bright citrus opening. It then settles into a powdery dry-down featuring iris accompanied by floral and fruity notes that touch on peach and osmanthus. Projection is moderate-soft and lasts about 8 hours on my skin. For the price I expected better longevity. It feels feminine romantic and versatile… I’d add it to my wishlist if I didn’t already own other iris perfumes I love like the discontinued Eau de Tsuru by Rituals although that one lacks the beautiful citrus top of 17 Nandan Road. It also reminds me of Trussardi’s Aperitivo Milanese Porta Nuova which takes a different path but still has its charm. Scent 8/10 Longevity 8/10 Sillage 6/10 Value 5/10 Versatility 8/10 Packaging 6/10. Would I buy again? No I didn’t purchase it.
