  1. A summer jewel that no longer exists. Super sweet, very fruity and tropical, packed with mango and nectarine. It’s strong at first but evolves beautifully for about 6 to 8 hours. In the end, close to the skin, it turns into caramel, like you’re about to eat a candy.

Ideal for the heat: refreshing, sweet yet fresh, and you can tell it’s delicious.

  3. I love this perfume. I’ve been looking for years for them to bring it back, and they told me in Mexico they stopped making it. Does anyone know where to get it?

  4. I always prefer citrus; sweets used to give me a headache, but this is a discovery. It’s sweet but fresh, with that acidity of eating a mango that lingers on the skin without being overwhelming. Perfect for summer, day and night. The heat or sun intensifies it; I’ll definitely have this on my shelf this summer.

  5. Smells rich, like you just showered with a mango and peach gel. Super sweet and youthful, but clean, smells like shampoo. I love it, it’s a sweet scent for everyday use that smells great all day.

  6. It’s the perfume I’d wear on vacation at an island in the summer. Very fruity, a bit sexy and fun, ideal for a beach party.

Smells like mango, like a Tang juice pouch with mango flavor. Very sweet and tropical. I bought it in winter waiting for summer to test it properly; I like it in the bottle, but once worn, it doesn’t convince me. If you love mango, you’ll adore it; if not, stay away. Edit: it gives me migraines and nausea, I can’t stand it.

Smells like mango, specifically that Tang powder drink—super sweet and tropical. I bought it in winter and while I like it in the bottle, it just doesn’t work for me on the skin. If you’re a huge mango note fan, this is for you; otherwise, run. Note: it gives me migraines and nausea, I can’t stand it. Looks pretty in the bottle, but I can’t handle wearing it.

Pure mango explosion—that’s the first thing you notice. It’s that tropical summer scent from Escada perfect for fruit lovers, but be warned: you’ll need to reapply every 4 or 5 hours.

  13. I have the Millanel alternative; I haven’t tried the original, but Millanel is amazing: a super fresh mango juice. I wore it in summer and got tons of compliments 🥰

  15. Super comfortable and delicious summer fragrance, but honestly, it doesn’t last at all.

It’s my all-time favorite summer perfume. I wore it at night and several people praised my scent. It smells like ripe mango and the sandalwood base gives it intensity. What a shame it’s discontinued.

My all-time favorite summer perfume. I wore it at night and people kept complimenting the scent. Smells like ripe mango with a sandalwood base that adds depth. Too bad it’s discontinued.

Reading all the descriptions, I think this is a perfume you’d want to eat, haha. Great info, I’m trying it out. It’s a bit of what I’m looking for for summer.

Pleasant and very fruity scent; mango and nectarine stand out. At first, it’s quite concentrated, but… I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the fragrance barely lasts. After an hour and a half, I need to reapply. I don’t see good value for the price; the bottle felt mediocre, especially the cap. If the perfume is good, the only downside is longevity. I’ll try wearing it from morning until afternoon.

  20. Yum! Explosion of ripe, sweet, and syrupy fruits: mangoes, oranges, nectarines, raspberries, grapefruits, and a touch of pineapple. A bit of aquatic flowers and woody musk that gives it creaminess. I want to eat it! It’s a fun, youthful scent for the beach, nothing for the mountains. It resembles the opening of Britney’s Midnight Fantasy, but with a bikini, fresher, lighter, and less vanilla. It has presence, although it doesn’t last long, but for a summer perfume you can’t ask for more. I already see myself as Carmen Miranda with her fruit hats or Mecano singing ‘Hawaii-Bombay’, two paradises…

  21. Yummm! An explosion of ripe, juicy, exotic fruits. Sweet, syrupy mangoes, oranges, nectarines, raspberries, grapefruits, and a hint of pineapple. A watery floral touch and a woody musk that adds creaminess. I want to eat myself. A fun, youthful aroma perfect for beach vacations, not really for the mountains. It reminds me of Britney’s Midnight Fantasy at the top notes, but with a bikini and hat—fresher, lighter, and less vanilla. It has presence, though it doesn’t last long, but for summer, you can’t ask for more. I can already see myself as Carmen Miranda with her fruit hats or Mecano singing Hawaii-Bombay, two paradises… aaaaaaaay!

Simply delicious. Smells like sweet peach, like summer. I generally like Escada’s summer editions, but this is my favorite because it’s so sweet and fruity. Plus, it has good longevity and an acceptable sillage. Some girls asked what I was wearing and loved it. It reminds me of Beyoncé’s Heat, but it lasts longer than hers.

  23. A delight. I never got to try it in Chile because summer editions don’t always arrive, and when they do, they’re out of stock quickly. Since I already owned three other Escada scents and read the reviews, I bought it blind. My parents gifted it to me after a trip to Europe, and smelling it made me the happiest person there. I detect strong mango and sugar; it’s clearly for hot days, but since I wear summer fragrances, I’ve even used it in winter.

I remember buying it because it was on sale at an airport; the surprise of smelling it was delightful. As a fan of fruity and fresh perfumes (my favorites are Moschino), the first thing that stood out was the mango—very fresh and citrusy. On my skin, it lasted 3 to 4 hours, but much longer on clothes. When my boyfriend wore it, he said he wanted to lick my neck because of the delicious scent. I recommend it to people up to 30 years old; I think it’s very youthful.

  26. I love it because it’s super tropical; even though it doesn’t have passion fruit, on my skin it smells exactly like it, and it’s a delight. The longevity is short, about 4 hours, but what a shame because it’s a total hit.

  28. To me, Taj Sunset smells like a pineapple and mango palette. It’s simple, relaxed, and super tropical. I know it doesn’t have pineapple, but I smell it strong at first, like a wave of pineapple-mango juice with blood orange. The water lily must be there to prevent us from getting an acid attack. It reminds me of Jolly Ranchers, and at the end I notice a tart touch, although maybe my nose went crazy and I don’t sense raspberry, nectarine, or sandalwood. The longevity isn’t long, but it’s good for a 100% fruit juice perfume; its projection is monstrous, I feel like everyone smells me when I wear it.

  29. It smells like the typical tropical fruit breakfast cocktail at a beach hotel: a smoothie of juicy mango, coconut, and nectarine. I like it but it didn’t captivate me as much; from the Escada summer line, my favorite is Rockin’ Rio. Taj Sunset has low projection and doesn’t last more than a couple of hours.
