It centers on the feel of a lit fireplace at home: dry woods, soft resins and leather wrapped in steady, cozy warmth.
The opening brings together cognac, davana, elemi, saffron and balsam fir. The effect is boozy and spiced, with a green-resinous edge that sets a fireside scene without turning overly sweet.
The heart moves to vetiver, guaiac wood, patchouli, Atlas cedar and birch. Here the scent turns drier and woodier, with a light smoked touch recalling bark and embers.
The base rests on leather, frankincense, benzoin, vanilla and oud wood. Leather adds animalic depth, frankincense lifts a clean smoke, while benzoin and vanilla smooth the finish with restrained balsamic sweetness.
Across the wear, the accords read as leather, amber, smoky, warm spicy, balsamic and animalic. Rather than projecting wide, it stays dense and close, settling comfortably on skin and clothing.
