Taurus from Tiziana Terenzi is a 2026 addition to the leather family made for men and women. It was composed by Paolo Terenzi.
The structure is broad and high-contrast: spiced fruit up top, herbal florals and leather at the center, resinous woods and green notes below.
The opening blends Bulgarian rose, saffron, passionfruit, apple and juniper berry. Damask rose brings floral body, saffron adds spice, while fruit and juniper keep the top bright and fresh.
The heart combines thyme, leather, lily of the valley, Singapore patchouli, gentian, ambergris and tea. Leather takes the lead, framed by bitter herbs and tea, lifted by muguet and deepened by ambergris.
The base rests on incense, suede, labdanum, Indian sandalwood, pine and oakmoss. Suede softens the animalic edge, incense and labdanum add resinous density, pine and moss anchor a green-woody finish.
Overall the accords move between aromatic, leathery, ambery, fresh, green and fruity, with floral, sweet, fresh-spicy and animalic touches. A leather built on light and shadow rather than darkness alone.
