You can taste a slight, pleasant bitterness, with fig as the star, a spicy touch, and lots of musk. It’s basically fig, but smells like a classic floral with fruit, similar to Anaïs or Miracle but with fig. I don’t feel the fresh, medicinal glycine from the tree; instead, I get that super-musky side, which is my disappointment. I was looking for freshness and found a unisex fig scent that shines on its own. It’s not bad; it’s rich, refined, and elegant, perfect for aromatic florals. It lasts quite a bit and you can tell. If you’re looking for something fresh for summer, forget it; this is for fall, winter, or cold springs. You can wear it in the heat, but it would overwhelm me in summer. I bought it blind, but since it reminded me of 80s-90s florals with a modern twist, I gave it to my mom, a loyal user of Anaïs and Miracle.
