Oltremare is an interesting green citrus, perfect for hot weather with top-tier quality. The opening explodes and leaves you breathless in just 10 minutes with a brutal citrus shock. As it dries down, it calms and shines with its green side—a solid piece. It’s not my favorite, but others might love it. Try it before buying; the profile is very distinctive and not everyone will want it.

It’s pretty, but I expected something different: a bitter citrus or marine scent like Nishane Ege. Instead, it feels like the unisex version of Coco Mademoiselle, which I don’t like because the heavy florals don’t suit a youthful aroma. Oltremare has a clear citrus opening followed by flowers, with a light, earthy patchouli that keeps it from getting cloying. Its advantage is that it feels less classic and stuffy, elegant but totally daytime. Lasts about 8 hours, with a powerful sillage for 3 hours and then moderate.

What I got was the unisex version of Coco Mademoiselle, which I don’t enjoy because the florals feel too heavy for a youthful perfume. Oltremare has a very identifiable citrus opening and then yes, there are flowers, though the lighter, earthy patchouli keeps it from becoming cloying. The advantage over the other is that it feels less stately and classic, maintaining an elegant vibe while being totally daytime. Lasts about 8 hours, with a powerful sillage for the first 3 hours and then moderate.

It reminds me of Bois 1920 Cannabis Salata for the herbal notes and CK One Reflection for the citrus. I find it quite unisex and perfect for hot weather.
