  Salt & Cyclamen by Label Perfumes is an elegant jewel: discreet and subtle, yet it leaves a fresh aura clinging to the skin for a long time. It’s meant to mix with the collection, adding a salty, airy, and fresh touch to any combination. The florals are there, but very soft with that defining salty character. Unisex and versatile, perfect for the office or any occasion. For me, it’s a modern reinterpretation of oceanic fragrances. Scent: 8.5, Longevity: 7, Sillage: 6, Value: 8, Versatility: 8.5, Originality: 8, Overall: 8.5.

It’s designed to mix with other scents from the collection, adding a fresh, salty, and airy dimension to any blend. The floral notes are present but very soft and salty. It’s the perfect unisex scent for any occasion or the office. For me, it’s a fresh, modern reinterpretation of oceanic fragrances.   Like a wave that caresses rather than crashes, this fragrance unfolds with the transparency of a calm sea. It begins with a marine breath that doesn’t overwhelm but cleanses: fine salt on the skin, an early morning breeze on a tourist-free coast, and seawater holding the silence of dawn. In the heart, the flowers don’t shout: cyclamen hints like a purple shadow in clear water, and ylang-ylang brings a golden warmth, barely solar, with the round sweetness of weightless liquid honey. Everything vibrates with serene clarity, as if the floral heart floated suspended in a drop of saltwater. The base settles slowly like foam on the shore: a clean musk without harshness; a softly earthy patchouli like wet stone; and a vanilla that, far from being gourmand, embraces discreetly like a thin fabric drying in the sun. There is no excess, drama, or cloying sweetness. There is purity. An elegance without heavy lines. It smells like salty skin after a bath, like sea flowers, and like a body and the wind. It’s for those who know fresh doesn’t have to be cold and floral doesn’t have to be romantic. Here, everything is nuance, whisper, and a light but unforgettable presence. If it were music, it would be Arvo Pärt’s “Spiegel im Spiegel”: paced, liquid, luminous from simplicity. In a bossa key, it recalls instrumental “Aguas de Março”: clean and undulating without nostalgia. What color? A mineral blue with lavender reflections: wet, almost tactile.
