I’m totally blown away by this… I’m usually picky and give up fast on this style, but wow. It’s a very barbershop, vintage, fougère vibe, so it’s all about personal taste. But it’s undeniable: it opens fresh, maximally masculine, and energetic. Aromatic, woody, and spicy. I’d say it’s mossy, though the official notes confuse me. The drydown shifts terrain without losing a shred of masculinity, adding chocolatey patchouli. I really like it. Smells great. Ridiculous price, masculine, and Justinian-level performance. Even so, it’s a great olfactory experience worth it. I see it as perfect for personal enjoyment at home. It’s a very cozy scent.
