Mathilde Bijaoui was born in Paris, carrying a dual heritage of her father’s vibrant North African culture and her mother’s traditional French education. She inherited both traits, which shaped her personality and creativity. From an early age, Bijaoui’s father introduced her to the world of cooking, where she developed a keen sense of smell while exploring various ingredients in the market. This exposure to different aromas sparked her fascination with fragrances. Bijaoui’s passion for fragrances grew after a visit to the Osmothèque, the international perfumery conservatory in Versailles. Upon discovering the renowned perfumery school ISIPCA, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a perfumer. Bijaoui completed two years of chemistry studies before enrolling at ISIPCA.
