  I tried it with a sample a friend sent me; although it smells like vanilla, that’s the only note I detect besides geranium. It reminds me too much of the scented candles I have at home. I wouldn’t wear it for pleasure. For an Eau de parfum, its performance is very low; it barely lingers on the skin.

  This was my go-to scent throughout the pandemic, so I keep a bottle in my olfactory museum. It’s a high-quality vanilla, but a very different one: spicy, green, zesty, refreshing, and incredibly long-lasting on the skin. I won’t buy it again just because of the association with those tough times, but if that weren’t the case, I’d give it an emphatic yes. It’s an excellent fragrance for daily wear—distinctive, warm, cheerful, and spicy all at once—and above all, it lasts all day, so every euro spent (around 130) was well worth it. If you’re a vanilla lover looking for something well-crafted and unique, I highly recommend trying it.
