I’ve always struggled to tell apart fresh, citrus, and aquatic summer scents since they all smell the same to me, so I didn’t see the point of paying €200 when Zara has something for €20; my inexperienced nose can’t spot the quality difference. But I really liked this one. I wouldn’t buy it as my everyday scent since it’s not quite my style, but if you’re looking for something more refined than Acqua di Gio, this is the option. It shares that fresh, marine vibe, but the floral note adds something distinct and pleasant that sets it apart from the rest. It reminds me a lot of Label Perfumes Tenerife’s Salt & Cyclamen, another one that pleasantly surprised me. In short, it’s perfect for summer: cool, easy to wear, with the typical performance of its category. Scent: 8, Longevity: 6, Sillage: 6, Versatility: 7, Originality: 6, Overall: 7
